“Maximum Miami” Article In Conde Nast Traveler

When I took my recent issue of Conde Nast out of my mailbox I was excited to see on the front cover a ” Florida: 6 Perfect Weekends (Where to eat, stay, play). Showcased are Miami, St. Petes, Palm Beach, Delray, Islamadora, and the Everglades. I definitely plan on checking a few of those out and would encourage you to look up the article on their website if you live in Florida or are coming for a visit (http://www.cntraveler.com/top-destinations/united-states/florida/miami). In my search for the website link I discovered a number of other articles about Miami/South Florida and am stoked to have those to look at and discover more places to explore.

At the end of the article was a piece by Diana Abu-Jaber called “Maximum Miami” that i wanted to shout out. I was very surprised to see in the first line a mention of the author’s move from Portland to Miami!   I think the author does a great job of talking about the many layers of Miami that definitely makes it such a cool place to explore and discover, plus shouts out a few of her favorite places. She provides a great perspective and account of moving to Miami and discovering all the city has to offer. I could definitely relate to a lot of the things she was writing about. *On a complete and unrelated side note that issue also made me want to plan a visit to Germany to explore the Black Forest. The pictures in the article are amazing!- http://www.cntraveler.com/features/2012/02/fairy-tale-road-restaurants-hotels-hanau-bremen-germany-tour-guide
